Financial and Management Analysis
We offer a thorough analysis of the financial operations of your organization from staffing issues to the selection of service organizations (payroll, accounting, more). This will include a financial position analysis using nationally recognized metrics. Each analysis will be accompanied by a report to the administration and governing body.
compliance review
We offer a thorough review of your financial operations to determine if your organization is in compliance with the most recent state and federal regulations. We will customize this to your department or organization’s time-line and personnel needs, and develop actionable strategies to ensure long-term compliance is baked into your workflows.
We offer small group training sessions for staff and/or elected officials in the areas of budgeting, capital financing, legislative changes.
We also offer Financial Management trainings with Matt Watkins’ NJ Community Solutions and the NJ League of Municipalities. At these trainings, we share how Administrators and CFOs look at projects, opportunities, and risks through different, but overlapping purviews.
These trainings are held at Rowan College and Bergen County Community College, and available upon individual request.
